Don't waste your time with any other company. It's easy to leave a negative review, a positive review mostly goes unseen. We got other quotes from other mitigation companies and they were all giving us the worst case scenario option. SERVPRO were professional, honest, and positive with no obvious intentions of taking advantage of the situation. Both Jose Rodriguez and Christopher Green took care of the water damage and resolved, like the company says "Like it never even happened." They treated the issue as though it was in their own home. Hats off to Jill and Madeline as well for their phone support and follow up.

SERVPRO of South Palm Beach was called on the weekend for an emergency clean up for a hot water heater leak. Excellent, prompt service identified water damage to walls and carpet. Moved the furniture, installed equipment to dry out walls and carpet. Follow up was prompt, thorough and courteous.

SERVPRO of South Palm Beach was at my house the very next morning after i called. They identified the leak within twenty minutes and explained how it could be fixed. The guys couldn't have been more professional. They fixed the leak & took care of the job immediately. They even cleaned up after themselves and left my house cleaner than before they got there. It sounds corny, but they really did take of things "Like it never even happened.”

Provider was very prompt, and extended high degree of professional handling from the front office to the site. Everything was excellent.
